All services are provided by Basesan, LLC ("BASESAN"), a limited liability company registered in Virginia, United States of America, whose whole focus is the provision of secure, reliable data management and analysis for its customers.

BASESAN sells and provides real estate customer/client and case management and analysis services ("SERVICES") and online support through basesan.com and related domains and subdomains, as well as through in-person and online training in accordance with any applicable Term and Condition (as defined below).

Presently, SERVICES provided by BASESAN are meant solely for United States (all states and territories) and Canada (all provinces and territories) customers ("USERS") able to form a binding contract with BASESAN. USERS of SERVICES provided by BASESAN shall not be limited in any way from receiving these SERVICES under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. USERS are expected to abide by all SERVICE terms and conditions, and all applicable local, state, national, as well as international laws, rules and regulations.

USERS with access to SERVICES provided by BASESAN are divided between PRIMARY and DEPENDENT USERS. A PRIMARY USER is the SERVICE account owner whose name the account is registered under and pays for SERVICES.  Each SERVICE account has only one PRIMARY USER. Each SERVICE account can have up to a maximum of three (3) DEPENDENT USERS. All DEPENDENT USERS are added into the BASESAN SERVICE by the corresponding PRIMARY USER. PRIMARY USERS manage and have the ability to remove any/all of their respective DEPENDENT USERS. PRIMARY USERS are fully and completely responsible for any/all actions performed through the SERVICE, including data additions, deletions and alterations, and SERVICE interactions and actions, without limitation, performed by themselves and/or any/all DEPENDENT USERS added to their account.

The SERVICE allows users to add, remove and alter/modify written text that they and/or someone else within the scope of their account (within their respective PRIMARY USER account) had previously created. The SERVICE allows users to upload, download and remove files that they and/or someone else within the scope of their account (within their respective PRIMARY USER account) had previously uploaded. It is up to the PRIMARY USER to decide the proper access level for each of his/her DEPENDENT USERS. Any/all information, included but not limited to text and files, entered into the SERVICE by a USER is automatically binded to the given SERVICE account under which the USER is registered. Only PRIMARY and DEPENDENT USERS shall have the ability to directly add, modify and/or removed any/all information registered under given SERVICE account. The SERVICE allows for any/all information saved under a given SERVICE account to be shared only between PRIMARY and DEPENDENT USERS.

The use of cookies is necessary to maintain a user online session after a successful login. Cookies are not used for any other purpose by BASESAN. No login or cookie information is shared with any external, third party. No tracking of any kind is performed through the use of cookies. Disabling the use of cookies in a web browser will make it impossible for users to maintain a BASESAN online session. All server-side cookie records are destroyed after a successful logout.

USERS are required to truthfully and without limitation complete an initial online registration form and keep this information up-to-date as part of the SERVICE agreement. Account registration ("REGISTRATION") shall include the user's first and last name and credit card information. Limited REGISTRATION information is shared with the payment processing company, STRIPE (stripe.com), as needed and for the sole purpose of processing payments for the SERVICE. STRIPE is a world-renowned, US-based payment processing company used in over 25 countries around the world.

BASESAN is a subscription-based service charging its customers a monthly fee for SERVICES rendered. Credit card information is required as part of the initial REGISTRATION. The first 30 days are free of charge and no payment will be collected throughout this period. After the first 30 days of SERVICE, a new monthly SERVICE cycle begins. Payment will be collected at the beginning of every monthly SERVICE cycle after the initial 30-day cycle expires. In the event SERVICE is cancelled by the USER before the end of the first 30 days, no credit card charges will be submitted and all credit card information shall be removed thereafter from the SERVICE. Cancellation of SERVICE by the USER or SERVICE termination by BASESAN will stop further credit card payment collection. All payments are processed and collected through the payment processing company STRIPE (stripe.com). Credit card bill statements might reflect this fact.

No warranties are provided by BASESAN for any SERVICE (or product) it offers. All SERVICES, including, but not limited to, those hereby identified under the terms of service as provided by BASESAN, are provided "AS IS" without any representation or warranty. All terms of service without limitation can be modified at any time.    

BASESAN has the sole, independent discretion for terminating (or suspending) any USER it sees fit for not complying with the SERVICE terms and conditions, violating any applicable local, state, national, as well as international law, rule or regulation, or simply believed to be directly or indirectly impacting the SERVICE in any negative way. As part of the SERVICE terms and conditions, unpaid invoices will result in SERVICE termination. SERVICE termination at any point will not result in any credited refund. All charges (invoices) accrued at the beginning of each respective pay period are final. After SERVICE termination, no further charges will be accrued, but any previous outstanding charges (invoices) are still subject for collection.

SERVICE termination does not result in automatic deletion of all USER data. BASESAN will retain the USER data for a period of time to allow USERS to return to the service with minimal impact. All USER data is eventually removed from the system. In the event that the USER returns back before the data is completely expunged from the system, BASESAN will work with the USER to put everything back in order.     

By signing to receive BASESAN services, you are authorizing and allowing all respective transactional and marketing electronic mail communication from BASESAN. This communication normally entails notifying USERS of technical issues encountered with the service, scheduled and unscheduled system downtime, SERVICE updates/upgrades and other communication that might impact the use of the SERVICE. This also includes from time to time marketing material advertizing new products and services. All BASESAN electronic mail-based advertisement complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.     

The SERVICE might experience temporary interruptions from time to time due to system and software updates and upgrades performed for a variety of reasons. BASESAN has the right to temporarily interrupt the SERVICE, as necessary. These are normally short, scheduled interruptions and USERS are notified about them either in advance via EMAIL or simply with a notice posted on the sign in (login) page. All scheduled SERVICE interruptions are performed at off-peak hours and shall have no/minimal impact to our USERS. USERS also accept the possibility of unscheduled SERVICE interruptions due to hardware/software/configuration issues. Due to the open, vibrant nature of the Internet, all USERS of the SERVICE acknowledge and accept the possibility of disruption of SERVICE due to denial-of-service and all other possible attacks against the SERVICE.
